“The continued emphasis on tackling childhood obesity is welcome – and food labelling and promoting school sport is an important part of that. However, there is also an urgent need to combat the obesogenic environment, including extending existing restrictions on junk food marketing to children as we know this has a significant impact on their eating habits.”
